• Best New Home (by size- square footage) *There will be 2 or 3 categories based on entries
• Outstanding Trade Partner- Awarded to the trade partner with outstanding craftsmanship, voted on by the builders and the board members who see each home
• Outstanding Supplier- Awarded to the supplier with outstanding presence in the Parade- voted on by the builders and board members who see each home
• Designer of the Parade (Fan Vote)
• Best Outdoor Living Space (Fan Vote )

 Remodels (Showcase + Fan Vote)

Full-home or room makeovers with a focus on transformation.

  Home Base Expo

One featured Parade home will host a Vendor Expo, giving:

• Vendors + trades a spot to set up booths or tabletops
• Visitors a chance to meet the people behind the products
• Builders a chance to cross-promote partners

Every Parade home will display signage promoting the Home Base Expo. The parade will kickoff at the Vineyard Community Center where our participants in the expo will be set up and PBBA will blast a social media campaign as well as other marketing sources to garner as much traffic to these vendors as possible. This is a great way to grow our membership and also show the community what we are about. We need all of the participation that we can get to showcase our trade partners and vendors
